November was full of lots of wonderful activities.
In PE, we have been focusing on throwing, catching and basketball skills such as dribbling. The Eastern Kentucky College female basketball team came to visit our school as part of the Sport Changes Lives initiative. We loved when the 'hype' coach taught us their chants and when the players gave us an insight into their training routines.
We celebrated Science Week with some experiments and STEM challenges. We built towers and bridges using minimal supplies.
We have really been enjoying our reading buddies with Ms. Mullen's 6th Class. We have been working on our handwriting skills and building our strength by writing anywhere but our desks.
Ms Keogh, Ms Mullen and Ms O'Sullivan's 6th class invited us to their 'Living History Museum'. We learned lots about different people in History such as Princess Diana, Henry Ford, Marie Curie, Roald Dahl and many more.
